Shipping & Delivery
All orders are carefully packed in protective packaging and dispatched using reliable courier services. We strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible, though occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. For full details, please refer to our Shipping Policy below.
Customs Duties & Taxes
Duties and taxes are INCLUDED for most European countries.
For the majority of European destinations, customs duties and import taxes are covered by Nagira Spectacles and included in your purchase price.
Please note: Some countries do not permit foreign businesses to pre-pay these fees. In these cases, local customs duties and taxes may be payable upon delivery. This applies to the following countries:
Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Gibraltar, Greece, Guernsey (C.I.), Iceland, Jersey, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Portugal, Russia, San Marino, Serbia, Slovenia, and Vatican City.
Payment Delays
Orders will not be processed until full payment is received. While rare, delays may occur due to bank processing issues or technical difficulties. If this happens, our Customer Service Team will contact you directly to resolve the issue.
If you’ve placed an order and haven’t received a confirmation email, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team to ensure your order was successfully submitted.
Order Processing
For orders without Prescription Lenses
Once payment is confirmed, we’ll process, pack, and ship your order using a suitable courier. A tracking link will be emailed to you—please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to appear.
For orders with Prescription Lenses
Prescription lens orders (including Classic, Polarised, Blue Blocker, and Light Responsive) are custom-made in our optical lab. Production takes approximately 14 business days after payment is confirmed, and may take up to 21 business days for complex prescriptions. After quality checks, your order will be packed and shipped. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is on its way.
Delivery
Orders are shipped via courier, depending on your delivery address.
Estimated transit time:
Most countries & regions: 4–8 business days from dispatch.
Please note: Unexpected delays can occur due to customs processing, incorrect address details, or other factors outside our control. In rare cases, customs inspections may extend delivery by up to 3 weeks.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is processed and packed, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment online. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking details to update.
Shipping Insurance
Shipping does not include insurance by default. If you would like to add insurance to your order, don't hesitate to get in touch with our Customer Service Team either before or immediately after placing your order. Insurance cannot be added once your parcel has been dispatched.
